Our flagship development program following your Open Water here at Dive Spear and Sport, this 3-day course combines the essential SDI Advanced Adventure and SDI Deep Diver Specialties.
Across SIX training dives – and under the experienced eye of one of our professional instructors, you’ll develop applicable skills and gain invaluable experience in five instructed specialties, including Advanced Buoyancy Control, Navigation, and Deep Diving. At the end of the program, you’ll not only certified to dive to 40m but have the confidence and skill-set to do-so!
Our courses are conducted with a maximum 4:1 student:instructor ratio, with a focus on quality individual and team skill-development. We are one of the very few Centres that teach neutral buoyancy first – see why and how HERE. Pre-Requisites
1. SDI Medical Questionnaire - before signing up for this course you will need to review this form, if you answer YES to any of the questions you will need to complete a medical assessment with a qualified dive doctor. 2. Minimum age 18 (Age 10 through to 17 may join with parental consent)
3. SDI Open Water Scuba Diver, SDI Junior Open Water Scuba Diver or Equivalent.
