SDI Underwater Navigation

The Underwater Navigation Diver Course is designed to give students an enhanced understanding of the techniques used to navigate below the surface. You’ll use a combination of natural aids and tools such as a compass, and learn practical and effective skills suitable for divers of all levels.

This course will challenge every level of diver, yet it is a challenge that should not be avoided. Navigation is one of the most important and useful tools in a diver’s repertoire—learn how to take advantage of such skills with this specialty course.

Pre-Requisites

1. SDI Medical Questionnaire - before signing up for this course you will need to review this form, if you answer YES to any of the questions you will need to complete a medical assessment with a qualified dive doctor. 2.  Minimum age 18 (Age 10 through to 17 may join with parental consent) 

3.  SDI Open Water Scuba Diver, SDI Junior Open Water Scuba Diver or Equivalent.
