SDI Computer Nitrox

Certified divers in this specialty will gain a greater understanding of the benefits and constraints of Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) as a breathing gas — and attain certification to use EANx mixtures comprising 22 to 40 percent oxygen. 

This is a great course for those looking to expand their knowledge and skill set, want to extend their No Decompression Limits, as well as minimise fatigue after diving. Significantly, many dive operators will offer Enriched Air so that divers can maximise their bottom time and minimise surface intervals when diving in some of the world’s best dive sites.

Pre-Requisites

1. SDI Medical Questionnaire - before signing up for this course you will need to review this form, if you answer YES to any of the questions you will need to complete a medical assessment with a qualified dive doctor. 2.  Minimum age 18 (Age 10 through to 17 may join with parental consent) 

3.  SDI Open Water Scuba Diver, SDI Junior Open Water Scuba Diver or Equivalent.
