SDI Refresher

The Refresher Course is designed to update and review the knowledge and skill levels of an inactive diver. If you’re looking to refresh your skills and build up some confidence under the guidance of an instructor, this one is for you.

 Here at Dive Spear and Sport, we encourage enrolment in a Refresher Course if you’ve been out of the water for a while, or if you’re apprehensive about SCUBA diving without direct supervision from a SCUBA professional. Our goal is very much to make sure that you come away from this course, both confident in essential SCUBA skills, from critical dive planning to in-water navigation, mask clearing, and emergency procedures.

Pre-Requisites

1. SDI Medical Questionnaire - before signing up for this course you will need to review this form, if you answer YES to any of the questions you will need to complete a medical assessment with a qualified dive doctor. 2.  Minimum age 18 (Age 10 through to 17 may join with parental consent) 

3.  SDI Open Water Scuba Diver, SDI Junior Open Water Scuba Diver or Equivalent. 

4.  DSS Boat and Course Liability Release
