Reef Scuba Discovery - 2 day SDI Course

Get a glimpse of what you can expect to experience in the underwater world, as well as what you could expect to learn in the SDI Open Water Course. This brilliant introduction to the world of SCUBA takes place at our comprehensive new facility, taking full advantage of our in-house pool AND the amazing Great Barrier Reef! You’ll be taken through the basics of SCUBA equipment, equalizing your ears, buoyancy control, underwater communication, and more, all under the watchful eye of one of our experienced SDI instructors. On day 2 you'll have the chance to go explore the amazing Great Barrier Reef under the direct supervision of our Instructors on a double dive.

Pre-Requisites

1. SDI Medical Questionnaire - before signing up for this course you will need to review this form, if you answer YES to any of the questions you will need to complete a medical assessment with a qualified dive doctor. 

2.  Minimum age 10 years (under 18s must have parental consent)

3. Ability to Ocean swim without aid of flotation device
